pricey but it works
You just need one tiny drop to smooth over your lips, I would put extra layer of lip balm over it and remove next morning with a warm damp cloth, the result is amazing.

Keep the lips smooth & primed
This is a lovely option to use daily to keep the lips free of any buildup or flaking and always have them looking and feeling their best, perfect for date night prep, before a night out and daily or used every few days to maintain smoother lips. If you are seriously dry and chapped lips you're gonna need a little more: a lot more water being consumed, maybe a little physical lip scrub, this, then lip balm. But lightly apply this in the morning then your favourite lip balm. Another great use for this is also as a cuticle scrum to help maintain softer cuticles.
