Expensive but good
I bought this because I’m a big fan of mikayla. The packaging feels really nice and high quality. It is expensive for the amount of products you get but the products are really nice. The niacinamide product gives just as much glow as everyone else says it does. Plus the hyaluronic cream smells so nice and makes your skin feel great. Overall, the products are worth the money but it’s not a necessity to splurge this much. You can find great products for half the price.Â

100000% WORTH THE HYPE
When I saw this set released by Mikayla, queen of makeup TikTok, I was super excited. I've seen her try and apply Glow Recipe products but I was always curious to see if they would work the same on my 40+ year old skin, or if it was yet another overhyped social media viral product only suited to younger skin types. I waited until it dropped on my favourite site, Cult Beauty, with a discount code and treated myself on payday. I rationalise it's always better to try mini sizes of high end products where available, so you can see how your skin reacts and if it's worth it. The items arrived very securely packed with 100% sustainable packaging, even the box the Glow Recipe kit was in was fully recyclable. I think that's a really nice touch from the supplier and Cult Beauty. The Glow Recipe bottles themselves are ICONIC - they are shaped beautifully and wouldn't look out of place in a boutique 5* hotel bathroom. I have been using the avocado ceramide recovery serum, then the watermelon niacinamide dew drops, then finally the plum plump hyaluronic acid cream. The ceramide serum sinks into the skin pretty much instantly, so I can apply the dew drops immediately after. I then wait about 2 minutes before applying the plum plump cream. My face feels SO hydrated after using this combo - it looks fresher and brighter, I definitely see a plumping effect. I have been using this combo for about 2 weeks now and love the results so far. I will definitely be purchasing full size of the avocado serum and plum plump cream (minis in the kit); the dew drops in the kit is full size and I know it'll last a while. I'm actually shocked that a viral product has genuinely lived up to its name and works for mature skin too. You can definitely see why Mikayla calls them her holy grail products! I adore this brand and will be looking to add more Glow Recipe skincare into my routine.

Glow recipe never disappoints
I love glow recipe products. I use the avocado eye sleep mask and wanted to try the serum. I was also wanting to try the dew drops as I always use Niacinamide in my routine. I use them before my make up though and my skin looks so glowy. They aren’t too sticky either unlike some drops. I also got to a little pot of cream, which is great for testing. This pack was just what I needed.Â

Amazing value!
Absolutely love this set. Great if you want to test out some of Glow Recipe’s products but don’t want to spend too much. The watermelon drops are the best, the smell, the feel and the glow. I used the avocado ceramide serum on my skin after over exfoliating and it calmed the redness and sensitivity down and lastly the plum plump cream is so hydrating it plumped up my skin and made it feel super soft. A must buy!Â
