Okay
I used up the entire bottle, and applied it daily in the AM for 3 months. It’s very hydrating and gentle, but I’ve seen no difference to my skin. I have very sensitive skin, and it never irritated it. It hasn’t brightened any dark spots and hasn’t helped with my overall complexion. Might be good for vitamin c beginners, but anyone who already uses vitamin c might not see any differenceÂ

Okay ish
The bottle is very small. It does Smell good and has a nice consistency. I haven’t seen much of a difference and I’ve been using it for a month now. Quite pricey for the size of the product so I doubt I’ll be repurchasing.Â

Not My Favourite
I’ve tried a few Glor Recipe serums and this one wasn’t my most anticipated, but my least favourite. My skin generally doesn’t tolerate Vitamin C very well but the gentle claims + the added Tranexamic Acid gave me hope to try this one out. On application, it’s a slightly thinner texture than Dew Drops and spreads easy over the skin. I experienced a little irritation the first couple of days on my cheeks but this stopped soon after. It dries fast and spreads well. However, this is drying out my skin so much!! I’ve on and off tested the product to figure out what was causing the dehydration, and I’ve narrowed it down to this product. After using it for 3/4 days, the skin on my lower jaw/cheeks and nose was becoming so dry that I was flaking and shedding like a snake. As soon as I stop using this, in a couple of days that goes away. I have combination skin (oily/normal nose, dry cheeks and jaw), so this didn’t offer enough hydration for me and sadly I wouldn’t repurchase this particular serum again.

I have been using this for some time and other than leaving a nice glowy finish and hydration it didn’t do anything for my dark spots which is what the main claim is, so I had high expectations. I won’t be buying this again as I get better results with my Fitglow beauty vitamin c serumÂ

Another Hit from Glow Recipe
I have tried almost all of Glow Recipe's products at this point, and I've liked all of them - except for their Pineapple Vitamin C serum. I hated the smell and it irritated my skin so much I had to stop using it. So I was looking forward to trying the new Guava Vitamin C serum, and it's amazing! It has the texture and feel of the other Glow Recipe serums, was not irritating, felt really hydrating and when I got a new spot, the dark mark left behind faded really quickly! Only dropped a star because it didn't do much for the dark marks I already had when I started using it, it worked much better on new marks.

Very strong but yet gentle vitamin C serum. After couple of weeks of using noticed dark spots becoming lighter and overall skin complexion became brighter! A must have as most of Glow Recipe productsÂ

Didn’t work for me
I’ve been using this daily for around 2.5 months. I have sensitive combination skin and this didn’t irritate it at all. However, it didn’t do anything in terms of lightening my PIH marks. I’m going to finish the bottle but won’t repurchase. I have found another product that’s working much better.Â

It genuinely works
I used to have very dark post acne scars which took a lot of time to fade. After using this product I have been getting compliment from my family how bright and clear my face looks. I was so shocked that it really worked. I have been using this product for nearly six months. My acne scars have been lighten massively but it hasn't completely faded away. But do bear in mind I had very dark acne scars. I think over period of time I believe this product will fade all my acne scars.

non irritating but doesn't do much at all.
I've had this for two months nearly and been using it every day and sometimes at night to see if increasing the usage would make it work more. This has done nothing really. The only thing I can say is it caused no irritation at all on my sensitive skin which is a bonus. Perhaps that's because it does nothing. I had better and quicker results from the klairs vit c serum for less than half the price!
