Overpriced
Sure its a nice powder.. but I feel it doesn't do enough of anything to be worth an eye - watering 42 pounds! I feel your money would be better spent on other high end powders.

Best finishing powder
I have gone through 3 of them (Dim light) so far and the finish it gives is soft luminosity. I'm not sure if it's a great setting powder or it evens the skin but it really gives an undetectable luminosity just for that extra oomph. It doesn't cake nor crease my makeup and a little goes a long way. It's my holy grail and I'll never be without it

Dim Light
Love this finishing powder, I use it on its own and its so nice, a nice fresh look with a little bit of glow. its genius that it has the blurring effect

Good finishing powder
I have the diffused light. That one doesn't really show up on the face visibly. I just use it as a good finishing powder. Keeps my mascara from smudging. Never cakes. Really light. I have no reason to try any other setting powder.

Perfect for glowing skin
I love this powder so much! It really does look like the most flattering lightning is illuminating your skin. I have dim light and it's a subtle glow but makes a big difference in my make-up routine.

The Product you need
I love a no-makeup look and this powder is perfect for that. It subtly evens out the skin tone for a very soft look. The glitter is there but you can't really see it unless you get ultra-close, it actually just makes your skin look radiant and more uniform. Killer!

Lovely Finishing Powder
I took an age to decide on the colour to go for, (I'm Light-Medium Sand), in the end, I went for Diffused Light, (veeeeery light) and Dim light (perfect). I can't praise the 2 powders enough. I use them for finishing, the Diffused anywhere I strobe and the Dim on my forehead, jawline etc. They give a subtle glow and create an almost soft focus effect, completely different from my usual Charlotte Tilbury Flawless Finish. BUT be careful girls, on a recent night out I caught a glimpse of myself whilst sitting in the bright sunshine. To my horror, the subtle glow had gone and my face looked like a glitter ball. I made an excuse to drag husband to a shaded area where the desired look, was resumed. Lesson learnt: Apply sparingly during daytime and leave the Insta level of the application until after dark!

Perfect powder
Dim Light is my favourite powder to use, I use it all over the face and it adds a beautiful glow without making my skin look oily. It feels light, silky and is undetectable once applied, it does not add texture and blurs away any pores or blemishes.

Worth the hype!
I had watched so many make up reviews of these powders on YouTube and felt safe enough to believe it was worth spending the money on them. I got 5 of the 6 original Ambient lighting powders (every one but the radiant as I'm very pale). They arrived today and I have tried all 5 on my face. Genuinely surprised that the hype is actually very accurate! They really do make your skin look exactly like the lighting conditions described in the name. At one point I even tried diffused light on one side of my face, and ethereal light on the other half - no joke...each half of my face did look like it was in morning light and moon light respectively. Was also worried dim light would be too dark, but it's not at all...it just makes my skin look blurred and a bit more naturally sunkissed. Mood light is an excellent blush topper or full blusher if you use more; you can use it over entire space if used more sparingly, and it looks very romantic. Luminous light is a stunningly pretty lift with the most glow, but it's also subtle enough to just make you look really healthy. Totally worth the cost!
