Starting at the base of the lashes, pull mascara brush straight through from root to tip. One application provides an instant effect, but additional coats add intense definition, length and lift. To remove, splash warm water onto eyes. Gently use fingers to lift mascara from the lashes.

Worst mascara I ever had:(((
I ordered this mascara because there were a lot of good reviews about it and I found it interesting that it washes off with water, and I also wanted to try something new. It really washes off with water very well, but on the eyelashes it looks terrible, it sticks the eyelashes together, there are a lot of lumps, the look is as if I put on the cheapest mascara . Once again it convinced me that there is no mascara better than Chanel or Gucci… so sad :(

My fave Mascara EVAH!
I thought I liked the Hourglass Caution mascara the best until I tried a sample of this, and was instantly converted! It has more of a curling long and spidery effect than the Caution, which has more of a dense thickening effect. In my 60's I prefer the lighter touch of Unlocked and very much appreciate that it is tearproof and still easy to remove. Someone in another review called it a tubing mascara, which is something I used to look for, but is quite rare these days. You should def mention this in the description, it's a big plus!
