Build your base with matte shadows. Pick up the metallic shades using a dense flat brush for a soft metallic finish. For a full-coverage foil effect, add a layer of metallic using your fingers or sponge applicator. Using a wet eyeliner brush or lip brush, blend water on the cake liner and apply on lids (over eyeshadow or directly on skin) to create your desired look.

Nice palette
Not really a must have, the match between orange and violet is interesting. Not definitely an everyday palette, because of the color scheme obviously, the formula of eyeshadow is a silk that glides on your lids. There is also a water activated eyeliner.

Seems like these palettes are not very liked but as a big fan of purple I love this little palette. The cake liner is really nice I hope she release some in the future. The dark matte could have been darker and the three purple shimmers are not that much different on the eye. But overall it's a win for me.
