It's a " your lips but better" shade. You can go light, or build it up, however, if you are heavy-handed in the beginning, it can turn out patchy.

I'm sorry but I hate it. On my cheeks it's barely visible. And on my lips the stain doesn't last, is patchy and something doesn't react well with my lip balm. Without lip balm it makes my lips super dry. I'm just happy I had a coupon.
