Matte is amazing, metal cracks and sheds.

I purchased ‘Faux fur & bamboo hoops’ and ‘Private jet & shimmering sunset’. I love the matte side if this product! You only need the tiniest amount, blends amazingly well. So effortless for every day look. However, the metal side is the worst ever. Pigment spreads unevenly, cracks at the second it gets dry and crumbles off. I was literally able to scrape it off with eyeshadow brush. Super disappointed on the metals. I wish she would make the mattes only ‘cause they are incredible.

Not worth the price.

I was so excited to buy these, I have both the faux fur/bamboo and bubble bath/champagne, the results looked quick and glam but sadly they are so difficult to work with. The mattes blend terribly, even with little product on the lid it makes my brush fibres feel all sticky and drags. It doesn’t blend out well either. Then the melted side which I was most excited about, yes a little goes a long way but if you brush off the excess product on the side of the container (a waste) you don’t get a big impact on the lid and then if you build it up slightly it’s super flaky and looks cheap. I’m hugely disappointed, I’m a big huda fan, love her easy bake, gold remastered pallet etc. however, the mark has been well and truly missed with these. I’d recommend getting the Huda nude palette and then some ABH loose glitter.

fab!

As another reviewer said these are defo great timesavers! The eyeshadow look I get using this product would take me around 15mins to blend and perfect with powder eyeshadow but takes literally 2mins with the melted shadows, and looks just as good. The metals are so intense as well, I love the sparkles it gives. I do hope they release more colours, as most are pink tones.

Timesavers

I think these are great. The colour range is good, but I am hoping they will release more as all but one are predominantly pink. A little pricey for the amount you get. Often YouTube tutorials show the use of more than the one product but to clarify, these can be used on their own. Go on, give them a try.

Intense Pigmentation

I loved the pigmentation of a product as the pigment shows as soon as you apply liquid eyeshadows on your eyelid, however, the only disadvantage of the melted shadows are, they are very hard to blend with the other eyeshadows.

Not impressed

I was so excited to try this product out, I bought three of the five shades on release, but I kind of regret it to be honest. The matte shade doesn’t blend evenly on the lid and though you can layer it, the product underneath moves around and just makes it really difficult to get even a passable look. The metallic shade is, frankly, awful on me. With the lightest layer humanly possible you get a smooth look but it’s so sheer it’s barely there and looks more like sparse glitter than you can see your eyelid through. If you try to layer or use a thicker layer you end up with a chunky mess that flakes off and generally looks pretty gross. You also cannot blend out the harsh edges, even by tapping with your fingertips. It does, however, work for eyeliner. The matte shade also blends out really beautifully if you use it on your lower lash line. I definitely don’t think it was worth the price point considering the fact that I can only use them on my lash line though. I wouldn’t bother if I were you, not worth the money.

Matte is great, metal cracks

I was really looking forward to this, but I'm sorry Huda! I wish I hadn't have purchased it. I ordered the silk bomber and bubblegum duo, where the matte blends quite nicely the problem is with the metallic side. It applies extremely weird, and no way at all can be layered. Layered or not, it cracks and comes apart like its extremely dry, it is not flattering. I would much rather apply a shimmery foil, which would also be way more blinding than the metallic. Its a shame, the metallic formula is really bad. I keep trying to like it, but I just can't lie. I wonder if the other colours are nicer, seeing that others love it.

Disappointing....

I brought 4 of the 5 shades and I don’t think they are worth the money, the mattes blend patchy and the metallic/glitter shades aren’t waterproof and some transfer if I touched my eyes, they are also sheer and look cakey & flaky when you try to build them up. I gave this 3 stars because the colours are pretty and I use the matte as a base on the lid then apply a thin layer of glitter on top, but there are much better ones out there.

Waste of money

I bought two of these and they not worth the money. This is because they not waterproof, the metallic shade comes off really quick. I will not be buying these again. The packaging is nice, on the other hand, they not worth it. Disappointed in this product
