Use on a clean face, or with moisturiser or oil if you need extra slip. While skin care is fine to use with the tool, do NOT use with make up on as it could push your foundation into your skin or cause it to turn a greenish colour (never a good look!).

Move the bar in upwards motions across the areas you’d like to sculpt, such as the cheekbones, jawline, chin and neck. Repeat each section for five minutes.
