Massage Protocol
3 x on each side of the face, leading with the handle of the facial massager.
Step 1: Jawline x 5
Starting from the centre of the chin place your jawbone between each roller and roll up to just below your ear.
Step 2: Lips x 5
Starting from the centre of your mouth, place your lips between each roller and roll up to the middle of your ear
Step 3: Cheekbone x 5
Starting from your nose, place your cheekbone between each roller and roll up to the top of your ear.
Step 4: Brow x 5
Starting from the inside of your eyebrow, place your brow bone between each roller and roll along your eyebrow.
Step 5: Forehead x 5
Starting from the centre of your forehead, roll up to one inch into the hairline. Add 2-3 more sections to cover full forehead.
Step 6: Neck x 5
Starting at your clavicle, roll up to the back of your ear. Add 2-3 more sections to cover neck muscle but do not massage the centre of your neck/throat.
Step 7: Chest x 5
Starting from the middle of your chest, roll up to shoulder. Add one more section to cover chest muscle.
Drainage Protocol
Rolling along the very surface of the skin drains and depuffs the face. This should always be performed on clean skin. For drainage you will use light pressure with your roller. After each step, lightly roll from behind the ear to shoulder.
3 x on each side of the face, leading with the handle of the facial massager.
As for steps 1-5 of Massage Protocol, following each step with the aforementioned ‘Neck Roll’

After applying your favourite serum or cream, use the roller to push the product into your skin, Without removing the rollers from the skin, use pushing and pulling motions while forming a cross hatch patter.
