Jouer longwear lipstick

It is absolutely rubbish, normally use Charlotte Tilbury but fancied a change, it is thick makes your lips feel very tacky, and comes off very quickly too, very disappointing for the price, wouldn’t recommend at all.

Incredible lipstick, wrong choice “Fraise Bonbon”

I like lipsticks that last all day long, and this is the one! It was even hard to get it off my skin at the end of the day. It is very opaque, I don’t think it needs several coats. Very matte and it feels dry on the lips. The only problem is that even if it stayed all day long, the colour began to change from a very bright red to a very bright fuschia, and I was able to have marks on my hand if I rubbed it a little. Anyway, good choice for a long-wear product, but choose the colour wisely because it will not leave your lips.

Creme brulee

Not going to lie I was very excited about this product and I had high expectation. But for me it was a waste of money, the colour itself is very pretty but on the lips it made me look pale. It’s also very sticky and it cracks in the middle of your lips! I wouldn’t recommend it, especially if you have thin lips.

A big NO from me

Not going to lie, I was very excited for this product and I also had high expectations! I bought “creme brulee” because I have heard great things about it.the colour its self is very pretty but on the lips it makes me look like super pale. It’s also very sticky and it cracks in the centre of your lips.overall I wouldn’t recommend it especially if you have thin lips.

Dulce de Leche

This is a gorgeous, pale, pinky nude shade. It's a little tacky to wear throughout the day, which bothered me at first, but it didn't take me too long to get used to it. It isn't drying at all, although it wears slightly towards the inside of the lip, it's very easy to touch up. Overall, this is a shade that I reach for regularly.

Noisette is the perfect nude brown

I own a few of these but I actually wear only Noisette, it's the perfect nude brown, looks amazing on warm complexions. I feel like all the other colours look horrible on me, their shades are 99% for cool toned complexions, white skin and pink undertones. To be honest I look like a clown with most of the other colours (they look almost white on my lips and I am only an NC30 with olive undertones) They need to come up with a new range of colours because the formula and packaging are lovely!

Petale do rose and Fraise bonbon

The formula is very inconsistent. Petale do rose is a beautiful colour and very pigmented, but it looks extremely dry and accentuates lip lines a lot. Just looks really bad. Fraise Bonbon is gorgeous and the formula doesn't look dry, but it is streaky.

Not all it's cracked up to be

I ordered the shade Fraise-Bonbon because it looked so beautiful online. I wasn't expecting it to be so sheer/patchy. Maybe I'm not an expert but I'm 100% positive 1 layer of this won't get the look you're going for. Now, I know that these kinds of colours can be tricky, but similar shades in Colour pop, Kat Von D and The Balm all deliver that sort of colour in one layer (which, in my opinion, is what I expect from a liquid lipstick). Moreover, the colour pulled more pink than it did red, so I was a little disappointed with that too. I haven't tried any of the other colours (I do intend on doing so), but I definitely won't be repurchasing this one. In the meantime, I'll try to find a way to make it work.

The search is over

I love matte liquid lipsticks and have been using NYX Suede in Sandstorm for a while, which does a decent job, but has been blown out of the water by this fab little Jouer number. I bought this in Noisette - from the picture I was slightly worried that it might be a little bit too dark for me, but no - it comes out in a lovely shade that is on the more nude side of brown. It goes on beautifully - really smooth and doesn't dry down so fast that you can't adjust it. And it smells gorgeous! I put on one application this morning at 8:30 and at 6:00pm, it's virtually all still there. There's a slight bit of wear, but I can definitely still see it - I've drunk coffee and eaten lunch and this lipstick has withstood it all and isn't too drying (slight dryness, but it's not uncomfortable). The holy grail of lipstick as far as I'm concerned. I would definitely recommend this one and will probably get it in a few more colours.

Awful

The product is patchy, and it looks awful on. Its not wearable in the least. The colours (I bought a few so it wasn't a fluke) look good swatched but thats about it. This was a major purchase regret.
