I have been searching for a scalp oil for a long time. My scalp gets so dry that I really need something to moisture it and balance it, even if my hair tends to get oily very fast. This oil is amazing. Really changed my scalp, now it's more healthy and less flaky. Also, it smells amazing and I think it improved the overall appearance of the hair. Sometimes I apply it 15 minutes before like they say on the box, other times I apply it before sleeping and I wash my hair in the morning. It's very good for the summer if you live in a very sunny place and you burn your scalp, it helps to moisturize and recover!

Bought to try it out as an alternative to the Fable & Mane HoliRoots oil which is my fave but its quite expensive. Overall I am really happy with it, it works and my hair feels soft, healthy and shiny. It doesn't seem to have much feel, it's quite neutral. Worth it for the price.

I purchased this after having a great time with some of JVNs styling products and I had come to the end of my fable and mane oil which I was enjoying. It’s fab, it does what a pre-wash oil is meant to do. Key points… I love that it’s a 15 minute soak in formula. I sort of miss the luxury of an overnight treatment but it means I’ve never come to washing my hair and realised I haven’t put in my oil. For that reason more than any I would say it’s helped me to control my front central patch of dry scalp and it’s much less visible since starting this product. A small bit goes a long way. You can literally see and feel it rolling over the scalp but I haven’t had to add extra washes into my schedule to compensate. The ONLY downside is there is apparently turmeric in this which gives it a very pretty colour but watch out for your PJs/sheets/towels etc as they may stain a vibrant yellow
