I can never go without my k18 for too long. Has saved my damaged hair after bleaching my hair for years. Transforms the look of your hair after first use. Makes my hair so silky and shiny. I leave it in for 5 minutes after shampooing then put conditioner or mask in after the 5 minute wait time and works wonders
