I don’t really notice a big difference in terms of immediate effects: your hair doesn’t get easier to brush and there is no added heaviness. But for my hair I am playing the long game, so I’m sticking to it.

It is a great leave in conditioner suited for my wavy fine hair, doesn't feel greasy or heavy and I would have probably gotten away using a bit more. I have long fine hair and used two pumps, prob 3 or 4 would have been better.

The brand doesn't specify if you can rinse it after the 4 min but alone it leaves my bleached hair too frizzy . I've switched to using a conditioner after 6 min and rinsing it and it works much better
