Spread a generous amount directly to lips, and to approximately 1/4" above your lip line to treat the entire lip contour. Should look like a white "milk moustache. Let sit for 3-5 minutes, and then wipe off with a soft, damp cloth. Tingling sensation is normal and is caused by the Papaya Enzymes. Immediately follow with LIP 20 Balm to seal in hydration.
