Best mineral sunscreen so far

4 stars out of a maximum of 5

This is the best mineral sunscreen I have tried so far, no white cast on my light skin. Slightly oily going on but it does feel like it dries down also very clean ingredients.

Nice for sensitive skin

4 stars out of a maximum of 5

This won't irritate my skin which is very sensitive. It is however a tad too moisturizing for my oily t-zone. I'm very pale so there's no white cast on me. It does set to a glowy finish after a while.

Not great on my dehydrated skin

3 stars out of a maximum of 5

I really wanted to love this product - I’ve pale dehydrated skin and I’ve been trying to find a decent mineral screen. I like the packaging, the consistency, the cast is not too bad - but I feel like during the course of the day this is drying my skin out, making fine lines more obvious. As said I very very dry skin, so if you don’t this may be perfect for you.

Good for sensitive skin

4 stars out of a maximum of 5

I have super sensitive skin and this hasn't irritated it at all so far. It's vey moisturizing though, so I'd recommend it for dry skin. To me the slight white cast disappears fast, I'm very pale though so I don't know how this would be for darker types. It doesn't stay sticky, it sets after about 15 minutes or so.

Pleasantly surprised

4 stars out of a maximum of 5

Honestly, I have almost given up trying to find a sunscreen suitable for my oily, reactive skin. Yet, since I use AHA/BHAs in my skincare routine, I simply have to wear a sunscreen. Having gotten completely disappointed with a chemical Paula's Choice Clear Ultra-light daily hydrating fluid SPF, I decided to try a mineral one. Well, I was pleasantly surprised: it is not heavy and spreads well, leaving no white cast. I feel it on my face for about half an hour, then I forget it is there. Easy to wash off with a foaming cleanser as well. Having read about mineral sunscreens, that they are white as chalk, difficult to apply and feel like a mask, I can tell that this one is definitely a different story. Most importantly for me personally, my skin doesn't sweat under it as much as it did when I was using Paula's Choice. My face still looks a bit shiny (that "glowy" look, I wish it had a matte finish instead), but it's not horribly oily. As for breakouts, so far so good, although I haven't been using it long enough to tell if my skin breathes properly under it and stays clear. I'm happy enough to finish the tube and see how it goes.
