1. Place curling ribbon on top of damp or dry hair and use your favourite Kitsch claw clip to secure in place.
2. Begin wrapping half of your hair around, starting with a section at the top of your head. Secure the ends of your hair with a scrunchie and repeat on the other side.
3. Allow the hair to dry or wear overnight. To remove, take off the scrunchies and loosen the hair, pulling ribbon out from the top.
4. Tousle and style to preference, and say hello to gorgeous hair.

Up and downsides
I love the results! I use it on damp hair and put it in before I go to sleep. Next day I wake up with perfect curls, I feel the result stays even longer than when using a curling wand. Downside: it just is not comfortable sleeping with this thing on your head..

can't sleep with this sadly, so using it only during the day if I have somewhere to go in the evening. I have quite thick hair, so I am still trying to figure out how to make the curls last more than 4-ish hours. other than that, this really does create wonderful curls

It works for me
I have long hair and it is medium thickness. It is quite easy to work with, I have to say. So, this product did it's job very easy. I just put it on my had while my hair is still a bit damp and I go to sleep. The next morning I wake up with nice, shiny and natural curls. I like it because it is better option than heating my hair every time when I want a bit of a curl. Someone in the reviews said it would be nice if it comes with a clasp for top of the head, so that it don't move. From the first usage I use my own clasp. I think there is even a photo on the packaging, where the first or second step is put the clasp on the top of your head after you place this, because it is silky and slippery. The fact is they don't give you a clasp, but who doesn't have ove. You get two scrunchies one for every side. They are quite strong and to me everything stays in place until the morning. And it is 5 minute job literally. On my long hair.

I really love these! They really work. I do sleep on my side quite often which indeed is not ideal. If you have trouble falling asleep anyway maybe use it during the day.. with some setting product it gives me curls even after 2 hours. But really make sure they are dry.. i am an impatient person and usually put it in two early which leads to disappointing results :D

Okay - but needs a few tries to get right
I'd seen this in a glossy mag and decided to try it out. It's really easy to use - I'd recommend watching videos - but I found it wasn't very comfortable to sleep in as, although it's padded, it's quite big and it did dig into the side of my head a bit.The curls were good, but there's no real way to get the back of your head curly with this method. I tried it on dry hair at bedtime and, although the curls were great in the morning, they did not survive a sweaty workout. My advice would be to use it on damp/wet hair. Even though I have naturally curly hair, I think the curls would stay in longer if this was used on wet hair
