I pair it with my prescription tretinoin cream as it tends to make my skin flakey if I skip on B5, it helps with wound healing, after you’ve had a runny nose and it cracks up from all the blowing. This is a must have moisturiser. I’m in my early 30s and this is honestly this is my go to moisturiser. It is rich and gets time to get used to but it does wonders if used overtime. I use it AM/PM all throughout winter and PM during the summer months. I also use this as a mask when I feel dehydrated. You do need a regular vitamin c, exfoliating serum and retinol routine to get the best results from this product.

Use this after your toners and serums and it provides as a good moisturizer. A small amount can be applied or you can put a thick layer on areas where you need more hydration or healing.
