Inspired by her DNA scientist father and her childhood spent on a sheep farm, Lanolips’ founder Kirsten Carriol developed Ultra Medical Grade lanolin, an odourless, colourless and non-sticky ointment that mimics skin oils to restore moisture. {The Original 101 Ointment}, Lanolips 101 Ointment Fruities are jam-packed with all the same goodness as the original plus the benefits of four fruit miracle-workers. There’s antioxidant-rich ‘Green Apple’, alpha hydroxy acid-enriched ‘Strawberry’, vitamin-loaded ‘Peach’ and ultra-hydrating ‘Coconutter’. We, along with a devoted global cult following, have awarded it 'Holy Grail' status.
A delicious reinvention of {The Original 101 Ointment}, Lanolips 101 Ointment Fruities are available in four ‘flavours’, each boasting its own good-to-skin benefits. There’s ‘Green Apple’, a vitamin and antioxidant-rich formula that naturally deflects harmful environmental elements and pollutants, ‘Strawberry’, which helps to slough away dead skin cells and reveal healthy, new skin thanks to the key addition of alpha-hydroxy acids; ‘Peach’, which helps to revive skin with its combination of vitamins and polyunsaturated fatty acids, ‘Coconutter’, which is boosted with vitamin E and is rich in antioxidants to make it ultra-hydrating and, finally, 'Watermelon', which is boosted with vitamin E and watermelon fruit extract to intensely hydrate. Each one is formulated with Ultra Medical Grade lanolin, which resembles and mimics your own skin oils to restore moisture unlike anything else and holds 200% of its weight in moisture. Vegetarian, baby-friendly and free from any nasties, this is basically a no brainer!

Lip balm
I had originally tried this when it came as a sample with a previous order and really loved it. I still keep the Coconutter in my handbag to reapply during the day, but bought the Strawberry version which is just as nourishing and keeps my lips smooth and soft.

Best lip balm/lip treatment!
I've tried my fair share of lip balms & this is by far, THE BEST! I've tried the strawberry, peach & apple and love all three. You only need a tiny bit of product to get the job done. I also use this ointment on my dry patches and dry palms.

Extremely hydrating
It’s a great ointment for the lips, I’ve bought the green apple one and it smells amazing. Only downside I can say is that, on the packaging it says the ointment needs to be rubbed between your fingers to warm it up and then apply it to your lips, each time I have to do this it gets quite sticky. But other than that it’s good and works well like carmex

Can't recommend
Mine is strawberry. And yes it is moisturizing, but after some time it leaves that disgusting white stripe on my lips, especially when I use it at night, so I wake up and see that gross in the mirror... I don't know what's the problem, I exfoliate my lips regularly, and btw their 101 Ointment has almost the same effect (white stripe, but thinner and it happens not that often). I've tried lanolin lip product from another brand and it was all ok, so... I don't understand the hype.

Not a lot
I does a good job and is great quality solution wise, however, it’s half full which isn’t worth the money, more like a rip off in my opinion if your already spending a lot on a lip balm.

The best!
This is the best lip ointment I’ve used ever. Smells so nice, and even though the consistency is thick, it’s not too sticky. I put some on when I went to sleep and my lips still felt so soft when I woke up 8 hours later!

New fav !
This is so moisturising and it smells delicious (I got the strawberry one). I had a case of very chapped lips and it surprisingly solved my problem within hours ! Highly recommend !

Great
Reminds me a lot of Sara Happ's Lip Slip. It's a thick balm/gloss hybrid. It is very thick and moisturizing and smells amazing. Great to use overnight but not so much under lipsticks because it's a bit sticky, I'd do a very thin layer.

Best lip balm
I have got a sample of coconut one and fell in love! Didn’t expect a lot however was surprised how fast it healed my dry and chapped lips, just one night treatment made my lips absolutely soft and full. It boosts volume and nourishes so well and above all smells divine. I can’t recommend enough. Great price-quality! Will definitely purchase full size for me and my family!

Gonna order again
This is really nice. Thick, glossy formula which smells really nice (coconut one). It's my go to for those winter days that dry out my lips, elbows and literally my entire body. Quite durable and shiny and soo affordable.
