Plus, it's enriched with the Hinoki fragrance, inspired by the Buddhist temples of Mount Koya in Japan which all carry the warm aroma of the Hinoki trees (from the surrounding forest). i love this scent, it is absolutely unique and everyone who showers at my place always comments on this gel! leaves an intense smell on the body which is great for me. on top of that, it is very thick, so it lasts really long. literally one of my favorite body products and i never cared much about shower gels.

In love with this!
I've been a fan of Le Labo EDPs for many years but hadn't tried their grooming range. One smell of the Hinoki shower gel and I was hooked. I'm obsessed with it and find the smell warm, woody and heady in the best possible way. Good quality shower gel, fragrance lingers on the skin and in the bathroom for ages after.

Incredible spa moment, but expensive

Incredible Hinoki
I bought both versions of this shower gel and though initially I thought I would love more the Basil scented one, after trying out the hand pomade sample, I decided I actually prefer Hinoki. Even my partner loves it - a great, mysterious, deep scent. I will certainly repurchase.

I've been using this for a while and I love it. I'll definitely keep buying it. One of my favourite shower gels so far. I've tried the Basil version, it's ok, but this one is definitely my favourite. Smells green and fresh with a bit of spice.

It's ok, but not wow!
I've been using the Hinoki version of Le Labo and wanted a change. It's good but not as strong smell as Hinoki. I prefer the Basil hand soap to the shower gel.
