Shampoo and condition hair as usual. Then apply two pumps to clean, damp hair. Add more as needed, based on hair length, texture, and level of damage. Comb through. Do not rinse out. For best results, wait 10 minutes before applying other treatments or stylers and blow dry. Product does not require heat, but you will see best results with heat activation. Use weekly.

my hair is nicer
i think it is a good product, but only worth the price if you have really damaged hair. as my hair is kind of healthy, it didn't really make a huge difference

Bond repair cream thats easier to use than Olaplex 3
I've been Olaplex 0+3 combo user for a few years not (4-5), usually once a week. I have medium-length highlighted (bleached) thin hair and I saw a very clear result from Olaplex combo- much less breakage and hair fall-out. But as many know, it is a bit of a hassle to mask the hair before washing and I'm quite busy. So I've been now using this cream for about 1.5 month, every 2nd or 3rd wash. Its very convenient, I give it that. But formulation doesn't have much slip and is not very good for detangling- i need to add hair oil and another serum. Also, I'm not sure the results are nearly as good as with Olaplex combo. Its more economical, 1-2 pumps is enough for me, and it has probably still 1 more month to go if not more. So for price is no so expensive. For this to work, blow dry is necessary btw. Going to finish and see if it makes a difference, but if it doesnt start to deliver, it won't be repurchase.

Easy to apply and doesn’t have a strong smells plus hair look a bit shinier if you blowdry it straight after aplication. Used this product for about two months, one or twice a week and don’t really see an improvement on overall hair health though.
