The Muihood 24K Gold Plated Ear Seed Kit (96g), a non-invasive (needle-free) way to stimulate ear acupressure points with auriculotherapy.

Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, these tiny seeds stimulate acupressure points on the ear, which correspond to various parts of the body. By gently pressing on these points, the seeds help balance energy flow, reduce stress, and support sleep, focus, emotion and overall wellbeing through the ear map. Clean and dry your ear. Use your fingers or tweezers to gently place the ear seeds on specific acupressure points (you can follow Muihood's guide inside the kit). Press the seed gently to secure it in place. Stimulate the point by pressing on the seed a few times throughout the day.

Ear seeds can be worn for 3-5 days before they should be removed or replaced. To remove ear seeds, gently lift them off the skin. Muihood's 24k gold-plated stainless steel ear seeds are not reusable, please discard after use.

You can apply ear seeds yourself. Muihood provides an ear map guide designed by a Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner to help you get started if you're new to the practice. Ear seeds should always be placed externally - never inside the ear canal. It's important to check for any signs of irritation and allow your skin to rest for a day or two before applying new seeds. Not recommended for use during pregnancy or for those with nickel or adhesive allergies. Avoid the use of seeds on irritated skin or open lesions. Redness, swelling, skin irritation, or small sores may occur. Sometimes, when a point is "active" the ear seed will make the ear feel sore, tender and sensitive to touch.
