Launched in 1994 by French make up artist and photographer François Nars, NARS has remained at the forefront of the beauty space with its collection of trend-led, high-performance covetable cosmetics (not to mention cheeky shade names too). Initially starting with 12 lipsticks, the brand has gone on to develop the Afterglow Lip Balm (3g), a moisturising hero that cloaks your pout in a sheer tint of colour.

Overpriced
Honestly I can't find anything special in this product to justify its price. It's good, don't get me wrong, but nothing more than other lip balm you can find at more affordable prices. The packaging is dope anyway. Won't repurchase.

A lovely lip balm
This product lives up to the hype, a really lovely lip balm! Soothing and really flattering. It has enough colour to enhance your natural colour but not so much that you need to check a mirror! Lovely for a quick “en route” application. I love the packaging too - glamorous and practical. I have used almost every day since I purchased it and will buy again.

Best lip balm
I love this! For someone who doesn't like much colour on lips this is the perfect lip balm as it still gives a shimmer/glow. Goes on so smoothly without it being sticky.

This has replaced my mac tendertone lip balm as favorite daytime lip product. The color is very subtle but it's still noticeable so it's perfect for every day use. Isn't sticky or thick. Would repurchase
