The strongest colour payoff will be at the first point of brush contact to skin. Start application where the strongest impact is desired. For a seamless pop of colour, layer two shades of Blush. Start with a base shade that gives a subtle colour to the cheeks. Layer a brighter shade in a similar tone on the apples of the cheek, then blend edges to diffuse. For a touch-up or additional coverage, use a stippling motion when applying Blush to press colour onto skin without disrupting coverage already created.

Love the new formula
I love this new formula, I can not use products with talk, crinkling, does not look good on me, generate an excessive oil production and clogg my pores. So if I use it, I can do it occasionally. But not every talk free formula is good. But this is! And the colours! Bright but natural, sofisticated! I use it with a natural hair brush, which is not so dense-not so loose (a wayne goss one) I think it is neccesery for a good result. A denser brush can do much more dust, a looser do not pick up the right amount of the blush. I can blend it easily, and it has a blurring effect too on my face.

Not the most pigmented
I haven't tried the old formula of this blush, so I can't speak on any improvements, but the powder is indeed very fine and quite blurring. The shade 'thrill' is a stunning cool-toned pink, however, I wish it were more pigmented because I love a blush-heavy look. But if you want a subtle flush of pink, then this would be perfect for you!
