Preventing smudging, creasing or caking, the Pro Prime Smudge Proof Eyeshadow Base (8g) works to keep your eye make up looking fresh all day.
Crafted with a blend of polymers and mineral powder, this formula establishes a firm grip on pigment, ensuring hours of wear and maximising the colour intensity of your eyeshadow or eyeliner. And skin care ingredients are involved too, with deep sea extract and antioxidant-rich rice extract smoothing your lids, prepping them for eye make up and helping to keep your eyeshadow from travelling around the eye area. So, whether you're going for a light wash of a daytime neutral or an all-out seriously smoky eye, sweep this on first to ensure it stays put for as long as possible.

Best primer for oily eyelids. Can't live without!

I have used this a number of times now and have found it quite hit and miss. On warmer days my eyeshadow still slides off. On cooler days it’s ok for around 4 hours.I get oily lids and slightly sweaty skin, and so I struggle to achieve a beautiful long-lasting eyeshadow look. Urban decay potion also only worked like this for me, so I accept it may be an issue that I have with technique or physiology.

Amazing!!
I don't often write reviews but this product I had to do one one, it's fantastic! All You need is a little day on each eyelid smooth then add eyeshadow. Your eyeshadow will stay put all day, with no creasing or smudging. It really is fab.

I love this eyeshadow primer, the applicator guarantees smooth and uniform cover of all your eyelid area including inner corners. The formula dries quickly so no need to wait and best of all, my eye makeup stays in all day. I have oily eyelids and this product exceeded my expectations.

Easy to apply, lasts all day. I've used this primer for over a year on a daily basis. It provides a great base for any type of eyeshadow. Not drying or greasy. I can't recommend it enough!

Best eyeshadow base
It's very dry and holds the shadow very long. The only slight downside of it is, it's so drying, if you aren't skilled with a brush, or your brush is softer, you will get a patchy blend. The pigment sticks to it instantly. I use it directly on the lid and the shadow directly on the base. It holds up for hours. I wouldn't recommend it for people with extremely dry lids.

Go-to eyeshadow base
I’ve gone through multiple tubes of this and it’s what I prefer over the stalwarts from Urban Decay and Too Faced. It’s a basic, functional, eyeshadow primer and I primarily use it for my extremely oily eyelids. The oil still peaks through and foundation/concealer creases slightly but without using it at all, my eyeliner would be gone in a matter of hours so I’ll take what I can get!
