Sweep the lightest shade onto the lid or brow bone with #20 Allover Eyeshadow Brush to provide a sheer wash of colour or build and layer shadow for a high-impact effect. Create dimension by applying the medium shade along the bridge and outer corner. Apply shimmer and glitter shades to the centre of the lid or inner corner with fingertips to bring instant light to the eyes.
