Use once a week. Apply a thin layer of Flavanone Mud to the entire dry face, avoiding the lower and upper eyelids. Leave on for 10 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. A strong temporary stinging sensation will occur especially after the product has been rinsed off.

Mask
I have sensitive skin and I've been using this mask for quite some time but after every use, I was getting painful breakouts (takes a good few weeks to heal) which I never ever experienced before with any clay/detox masks. Looked at ingredients at cos dna website and was pretty shocked. I don't recommend this mask.

Referring to both it’s score in my heart <3 and the ml size I wish cult beauty stocked it in. Please please pleeeeease get the 100 tube!! That little jar is a pain in the arse to use, and when you need such a small amount to cover your face every last drop matters. For those wondering whether to buy it, I’ve never had a more effective detox mask that doesn’t dry your face out like traditional clays. It does burn in a way that I find really satisfying, like a sauna. I think it’s more of a Sunday facial mask (ie use it weekly for long-term benefits) than a canvas-prep mask (something you’d use right before a big event to get your skin smooth and plump). You don’t get the immediate satisfaction of something like the glamglow mask. But it’s the mask I reach for before all others, especially when I’ve been neglecting skin care and need to turn things around stat. 100!

Amazing product
This is an amazing product and the best thing is that it makes your skin look better in the days after use. This is not a traditional mask in that it clears your pores - then a day or two later they are a clogged again. It works deeper and keeps your skin clearer for longer. Well worth the money. Only need a thin layer and will last for around a year.

worth the burn!
I was fairly cautious of this since I was warned that would experience a stining sensation - well they weren't lying but this product really does work! You will feel a slight stinging sensation just awhile after you put it on which is bearable enough and it starts to build up after you wash your face, eventually stinging the most about 5 minutes after yet strangely enough my face didn't go red as I would've expected given the sting. I attempted the 5-day accelerated method but gave up on Day 3 as I noticed lots of dryness around my nose so I stopped immmediately hence try it at your own risk! But what I noticed was that you could see a marked improvement in the skin texture and breakouts. My skin was super smooth everytime I used it and it helps with the decongestion. I now use it as a weekly treatment / maintenance and it has helped keep my skin happy. You only need to use a very thin layer for it to be effective and I estimate that this jar will last quite awhile. The packaging leaves much to be desired but overall the pros outweigh the cons and I can see myself using this for a long time coming.
