Use once every other day in the AM or the PM. This can be used more frequently if desired. It’s is not intended to remove make up – if make up is present, remove first. Wet face thoroughly. Massage between your palms for a few seconds to form a paste-like lather. Apply to the entire face and massage gently, avoiding the eyes. Rinse thoroughly, keeping your eyes closed. Dry with a towel.

I love it but really expensive
It's the weirdest cleanser I've ever used, I hated the smell at first, but I have to say it did wonders for my skin! I will buy it again if I find it with a great discount

Works wonders but
This product has been pretty miraculous in getting my skin back on track. I was suffering with a bout of breakouts around my forehead, temples and sides of the face and my skin was feeling and looking generally ‘icky’. A couple of uses of this completely sorted all that out. My skin is much clearer and smoother after about 10 days of consistent use. It cleans deeply without drying out my combination skin. Leaves it with a lovely feeling. The reason I have deducted a point is for the following: it does not lather in any way shape or form as it claims on the instructions, it is best used on dry skin - don’t know why the instructions say to use on very wet skin (that just wastes the product), you need a good dollop of this so it won’t last long and the smell is horrible. Other than that I will definitely reorder this product. Definitely more substance over style!

too harsh for my skin
I have dry and quickly irritated skin and unfortunately this is too harsh for my skin. I used this once daily for about a week and while my skin feels super clean, it also feels a little stripped and I broke out. Now I use it once a week to empty the tube, doesn't break me out now but doesn't do anything else either.

Not bad
It is a good cleanser, it gently removes all the creams and make up residue. It is not a holy grail product - it does not cleanse pores as thoroughly as I want, but I like it. It did not cause any negative impacts on my skin, and it is very easy to remove it from the face.

Good cleanser
It’s really good gentle cleanser, helps to minimize pores, but I do feel like all gets back if I don’t use it next day... and it’s pretty expensive. So I’ll keep searching for perfect gentle cleanser with more cumulative effect)

Light yet clean.
Love this for my acne skin. On some days when my skin is irritated and my pores are larger than usual, this is the perfect cleanser as it’s light yet it cleans really well.

Tingles
This is really deep cleansing, I take all my makeup off first, then on a slightly damp face (you could just mist your face rather than actually wet it), massage in, leave it for 5 minutes then remove with a cloth. It definitely doesn't lather or make a paste, but it cleanses so well and you can feel a slight tingling or numbing sensation while it works.

Excellent Strip Cleanser
This smells kinda chocolatey to me, mixed with something earthy and yeasty...I actually like the smell, and the packaging is fine if you keep the tube up in the box it came in. I use it once or twice a week. (skin is literally squeaky clean after this), and/or as a cleanser before a peel treatment, Super gorgeous skin afterwards.

Excellent cleanser but rubbish packaging
Love the cleanser but hate the packaging. Needs to be in a pump. Cleanses skin very thoroughly and is good for acneic skin. I use a few times a week or when I feel more oily. If used too much it can be drying. Excellent product and you get a very good amount for the price.
