Not much has changed
To be fair, my hair is in good condition at idle. Still, I thought this hair treatment would make my hair look even nicer. The product didn't make a big difference for me, but it probably helps a lot with damaged hair.

Didn't make a huge difference
I have used many bottles of this product and I have noticed that by itself, without no 0, it doesn't make too much of a difference. I feel that k18 makes my hair instantly stronger, and it's also a lot easier to use, so I'll continue to use it instead of olaplex.

my hair lengths are so smooth and even since when I started using this and it really made a difference. I use it on damp hair and let it sit for about 40 min/ 1 hour and then shampoo and condition as usual. I find it does its thing best when I use olaplaex n4 and n5 after int he shower!

I always have this on hand
I have untreated fine hair that gets easily damaged. Hair masks after shampooing (like n8) are often way too heavy for my fine hair so this my HG hair mask. I use it weekly in the order: detox shampoo - Olaplex n3 - regular shampoo - conditioner. This ritual takes time, but it's worth it for me.
