I've been bleaching my hair for many years and in my experience Olaplex 3 is one of the best at-home treatments for damaged & dry hair. I use it once a week for at least 15 minutes. I've noticed that sometimes if you keep it for too long (like several hours), it might make the hair a little stiff and not shiny.

Great for damaged/bleached hair
This helped me get through a period of having dry, frazzled hair because of all the bleaching I did for many years. I immediately noticed a difference, when I used it for the first time. My hair was softer, less tangled and felt a bit more healthy. You do notice a bigger difference if you use it over a longer period of time, but still, don't expect it to magically heal your hair or grow your hair back. I don't bleach my hair any more, and have cut off the bleached and dry parts of my hair off. But I still use this from time to time, as a treatment, to keep my hair happy. Although now the effect is less visible, I still do notice my hair still feeling smoother and less tangled after using it.
