Olaplex 8
For a good while now, I have tried different products for moisture . A few other products have been working. Since I purchased Olaplex 8, it has changed my hair!! The moisture treatment is excellent. The dryness that I would sometimes get has gone. I use the whole line of Olaplex now for my treatments. Being a darker skin tone, I didn't know if they would work? I can definitely say that for me they work a treat. My hair feels fantastic!!!

Magic potion
My hair felt dead from using strong toner, thought I would need to cut it off, after a few pumps of this on very long length hair (note more than 3 your hair will be left feeling greasy) 5 mins later, wash off, could run my fingers through hair and noticed no hair breakage or hair loss either. Pricey but worth every penny!!

Overhyped
I like a lot of the Olaplex range but this is a flop. It just doesn't do anything noticeable. I've heard it works well for extensions but I wouldn't recommend it for natural hair - especially if your hair needs a good drink.

Honestly dont understand the hype behind this product. I have asian black hair n this mask is not doing anything to my hair at all. I had smoother n softer hair from using coco n eve or even briogeo. No repurchase for me obvsly.

What more can I say about this mask?! It really makes my hair soft, and has helped my fine strands break less. I truly love it! Just make sure you leave it on your hair for the whole time mentioned in the packaging or even more!

Highly recommend
Out of the entire Olaplex line, this has made the biggest difference in my hair. I have been dying my hair for over 15 years straight, but during Covid lockdowns, I used some at home dying kits that really damaged my hair- split ends, frizzines, dryness, the whole shabang. Slowly I’ve added up and then removed products from the Olaplex line, until finally I’ve remained with this one. I mix it in with my conditioner to get it to spread out on my thick long hair. My hairs have never been thicker, it’s pretty surprising. My hair is also much softer and has gotten a beautiful shine that’s been missing for a long time.

Ohhh my gosh I'm so delighted with this! Honestly, I never thought hair could be so good! I used this with No. 0 and No. 3 so can't say for definite how great it is on its own but I can't get over how good my hair is. It's so good I could cry!
