Distribute evenly between palms first. Apply to wet hair and lather fully. Leave on for 1-3 minutes. (For more intense toning, leave on up to 5 minutes.) Rinse well and condition.

I don't think this is worth the price point. It works like any regular lilac shampoo. It does brighten my coloured hair but nothing exceptional.

Sucks the moisture out
I really wanted to love this product. But I absolutely hate this purple shampoo! I tried to give it a fair chance and used it three times but this honestly leaves my hair feeling like straw and I have to deep condition anytime I use it, it literally sucks the life out of my hair. I eventually threw it out.

Effective but drying
This works well on my highlighted hair but I do find it drying so need to follow with a hair mask. A little does go a long way and it is very pigmented so I don’t use it anywhere nearly as frequently as other more diluted purple shampoos so it is good value.

The best purple treatment
Using this shampoo your blond will shine like with no other. The shampoo makes my hair super smooth and silky I don’t even need to use any balsam after it. However ai was warned by a friend that olaplex is not to be used on a regular basis but more as a treatment for your hair since it can in contrary make them breakable. That’s why I use it in combination with my kerastase purple shampoo.

Very strong toning shampoo
To the point where it's dangerous lol, leave it in your hair a bit too long and you might get lavender-colored blonde bits. I like toning shampoos that are powerful like that though.

I LOVE this. I have fine blonde highlighted hair and this is soo good for getting rid of those orange and yellow tones that can appear. Just be careful and not keep it in too long otherwise it will leave your hair with a purple tint
