If that wasn't enough, this purple shampoo is also enriched with brand's patented Bond Building Technology, which works to transform dry, brittle strands into a soft, visibly shiny finish. Water (Aqua/Eau), Sodium C14-16 Olefin Sulfonate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Glycerin, Sodium Cocoamphoacetate, Sodium Chloride, Acrylates Copolymer, Betaine, Phenoxyethanol, Fragrance (Parfum), Polyquaternium-7, Bis-Aminopropyl Diglycol Dimaleate, Guar Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride, Ethylhexylglycerin, Hexyl Cinnamal, Limonene, Citric Acid, Sodium Benzoate, Acid Violet 43 (Cl 60730).

Distribute evenly between palms first. Apply to wet hair and lather fully. Leave on for 1-3 minutes. (For more intense toning, leave on up to 5 minutes.) Rinse well and condition.

Not impressed
I normally love olaplex products but im disappointed with this. I didnt see any real change to my hair, it left my hair so dry, it doesn't lather well either. The worst part is how dry it felt. I won't repurchase.

Not buying again
I’ve used purple shampoos before and never had a problem with them turning my hair purple. I had to use a lot to really get a good lather going. It’s turned my hair so grey, was blonde before, with patches of purple hair. I thought maybe it’s the first use so couldn’t get quite an even tone. So used it again, really massaged it in my hair. Left it in for 2-3 minutes per the instructions. Now my hair is even worse. It’s in the bin. The London bleach one is better and smells nicer. I was so disappointed as I normally love olaplex products. Worst shampoo purchaseÂ

Shampoo
Used this whilst staying at my daughter’s….loved it .I have naturally white hair and the shampoo lifted the colour and made it fresh and toned . Fully recommend itÂ

Good
Seems to work well as an overall toning shampoo. Pleasant smelling and a little goes a long way. It doesn’t leave my hair dried out like some of these toning shampoos  can do, but is a bit pricey even so.Â

Best Purple Shampoo
That’s the best purple shampoo I ever bought. It gives my hair the most beautiful salon like cool tone. Some reviews say it gives no difference, but try to leave it on for 5-10minutes, depends on your needs how dramatic tone do you want. I tone it once a week, leave it on my hair for about 10 minutes and it last at least a week on my hair.  I have balayage and my hair look so beautiful after the wash like I have been is salon. The only thing you have to leave it for longer, the package also says it.Â

not worth the money
I am a huge Olaplex fan and I have been for years, I use so many of their products and I always get compliments on my hair, so as soon as I found out they have a purple shampoo I immediately had to try it. Being light blonde I have struggled to find a purple shampoo which I am truly happy with and I really thought this was going to be the one for me. However, I have used this shampoo for a few weeks now and I really can't get on with it. It doesn't leave my hair shiny or smooth looking unlike all the other Olaplex products and it doesn't seem to tone my blonde or remove the brassy tones - I saw no difference after using it. I wouldn't recommend this product and I was really disappointed Â

Re-ordered immediately after I tried it!
I've tried many purple shampoos in the past but this is from another world! I got my first one in early December and immediately went back on the Cult Beauty website to repurchase because I don't want to be without it. It leaves my hair looking as if I'm just out of the salon: beautifully toned (it really gets rid of the icky warm hues!), but also soft and shiny. Could not recommend more.
