My holy grail hair masque
I’ve been looking for a good hair masque for a while, one that’s easy to use and doesn’t take too long as I can’t sit around for hours waiting for it to work. This is perfect, each satchet is one treatment so you can’t use too much or too little, only takes 5-10 minutes which is perfect for me and the best part is it really works. My lengths and ends feel so good after using this, I use it once a week so a box lasts 2 months. Definitely keep repurchasing this, will look into their shampoos and conditioners now.

Fab mask
This worked wonders on my hair, and I really noticed a difference after using it. The sachets are also perfect for travelling - and I imagine these would be great on holiday after being in the pool or sea, and when hair really needs a deep treatment. Only thing that lost a star for me, was the price. It is quite pricey, although it is a good product.

Awesome masque
I always put it in before a big workout to really let it soak in and heat up. The sachets are quite small but I manage to cover my long hair by starting at the tips and only using a little bit at a time, but I agree it would be nice to have in a tub or bigger sachets for long hair. I use it in conjunction with Repair Shampoo and Conditioner and it makes my hair feel awesome. Will buy again!

This really works
I was skeptical about using this product at first but after I tried it honestly it really works. I've used this product a few times and I really see a difference in my hair. My only criticism is that for my hair one packet is way too little and I need two sachets to cover my hair completely. I have long hair so please Jen package this in either a bottle or jar for us long haired girls.

Does the job
I was looking forward to trying these particularly given the hype around the brand. It's pretty much the exact same masque as another I had previously tried by Phyto (same smell, texture and results). I did not enjoy this treatment as much as I wanted to - it was just okay (leaves my hair tangled and I struggle to go more than a day without washing as it just feels meh). I will not be repurchasing these. They aren't value for money at only 9ml per sachet, which for my long hair I struggled to cover. Should be in a 200ml tub and perhaps offer the travel friendly sachets but at a third of the price.

Works Well
I fell in love with it after using it 1 time. It gave me great hair for days. Fast forward to next week, I used it again and was less impressed. I just didn't feel the "wow" factor in it anymore. I love the smell and texture of this product, but you do not get enough product in here. I have long thick hair and I felt like the tiny amount barely covered 1/3 of my hair. More suitable for short hair people? I would repurchase this item only if it came in a tube or tub. Just ordered the Repair Conditioner and hope that I get the same results as the mask. >.<

Love the scent and texture
The packaging is really handy, it is easy to bring for travelling. And I like the smell so much. Besides it really moisture my hair, it makes my hair really soft and smooth. However, it is quite pricey to me.

Perfect for damaged hair
My hair was horrible when I got back from holiday. I used it once a week and my damaged hair got repaired and it shines again. I finished the first box now I am going to order my second.
