Formulated with rice protein and coconut water rather than salt, this ultra-fine mist is the secret to loose, beachy waves without stiffness or crunch. Enriched with OUAI's signature Smart Technology (a cocktail of amino acids, tamarind seed, keratin, ama oil, hibiscus and jasmine), this spray tames as it tousles for beautiful bounce. As if that wasn't enough, an infusion of the beloved North Bondi fragrance means that zesty notes of bergamot, Italian lemon and rose de mai will follow you long after your final spritz.

I Am Totally Addicted To Ouai Wave Spray
Ouai's Wave Spray teased my strands into perfectly loose beachy waves. Although it could work on straighter hair types to create texture and grit on otherwise slippery strands, I've found this definitely does work best to enhance naturally wavy and curly hair types. This helps to enhance the texture, dull the frizz and tame my naturally wavy, air-dried hair for a more refined style. It could potentially weigh down finer, straighter hair types.

Wasn’t expecting much results but it is a must have
So I have thick straight Asian hair so I wasn’t sure about how it would work in my hair but curious to try. I’ve used it in two different ways, applied to wet hair before blow drying and curling and it helps my curls last and give them texture or applied to dry hair in the evening before braiding to get wavy hair the next day which is my favourite use. It makes the waves look perfect without frizz and they stay all day which usually never happens for me. So definitely a must have for styling my hair from now on.Â

Love the product, hate the new scent
This is my HG leave in conditioner, I've been using it for years.It helps the frizziness of my hair, leaving it nice and smooth.I used to love the scent of the previous version, really not a fan of this one - smells musky to me! it's not overly strong, just not my favourite scent!

Great to keep your curl in longer
I don't really use it for the beach look, but I use it on second day hair when I curled my hair the day before. It is the right kind of moisture my hair needs to liven up my curls. It holds them really well and they bounce great! Don't need a lot of it and the fine mist is great. Buying it again!
