It's allright but I think the quality fits the price

Hydrating but not much else
It didn’t do much for me in terms of promised “illumination”, didn’t see much improvement on the dark circles, but it hydrates quite well and was a pleasant cooling add-on to my regimen in the summer (I kept it in the freezer) to depuff in the morning. The patches do tend to slide down, but somehow not every time.
