This is my favourite exfoliant, sometimes I use it on my face too. After 1-2 use, my skin looks better. I had acne and red dots and if I use it 3-4 times a week, my skin feel softer and looks healthier and almost all of my acnes are gone. Give it a try! You won't regret it.

Amazed at the results I’ve achieved with this, suffered from KP on the backs of my upper arms for years, tried everything from cutting dairy and sugar, changing body wash and detergent etc, kept wondering why I got it (late 20’s on, 37 now) and how to get rid, I was embarrassed frankly and that takes a lot, did my research and this seemed like a good fit, literally started working within a week, irritation settled, redness faded and after two weeks my arms (barring light scars) were back to normal, a bottle lasts me about 3/4 weeks, applying each night after shower so you get a good amount, if you struggle with KP and are at your witts end, give it a go, hope it works as well for others as it did for me, I now use the body retinol from PC in combo and it’s a dream team!
