Good!
I bought this to use as a moisturising sunscreen and it does the job very well. I have combination skin and do not need an additional a.m. moisturiser when using this. I have pale skin so it blends perfectly and doesn't leave any white residue. It gives a lovely glow after application but this doesn't last for very long. Haven't experienced any pilling or flaking.

Very decent
SPF is one of the most important steps in your routine, and to build consistency you need to find one you like wearing. This is that for me.I have skin that would be dry if I didn’t use an amazing thick moisturizer plus hyaluronic acid and this gives me a top up. I’m not sure what it would be like on its own, but I see this as a sunscreen. Since I’ve been using it (and in combination with the moisturiser and hyaluronic) I don’t tend to get dark marks from blemishes and any I do get fade very quickly - so I think it’s working!The texture is quite thick and has the typical slightly chalky look of a mineral sunscreen. I’m mixed race so have a tanned NC43 skin tone and although this leaves a slight white cast I’ve come to accept that in a decent physical sunscreen. For those who don’t like it, there are other chemical sunscreens.This sunscreen also gives a nice glow and goes on really well over a moisturiser and under makeup. Just don’t let it dry out because after that if you disturb it, it will start to pill. But again, we all know we shouldn’t be touching our faces anyway so I don’t see this as a dealbreaker.I did knock a point off for the two downsides but overall it’s a very good sunscreen for those with normal to dry skin, and is a staple part of my routine.

Not for tanned/darker skin
This leaves a white chalky residue once applied. I have Indian ski so it looks ridiculous. Would not recommend.Â

I bought this as part of the trio set, I absolutely love this product. It applies nicely and sinks into my skin quite effortlessly and looks stunning on my skin. However, I cannot give it 5 stars due to the fact that after a couple of hours of wear it starts to flake on my face and around my eyes which is really disappointing.Â

Great spf that works well with other skincare for a beautiful glowy finish and great underneath makeup as well. Using this before dr Jarts colour correcting treatment leaves you with flawless skin highly recommendedÂ

Honestly, the worst sunscreen I have ever used. Tacky, leave a weird hue and it never sinks in. Would not recommend.

Pricey but worth it
I’ve been searching for a combined SPF moisturiser for a while. I bought this on a bit of a whim and liked it but thought it was a bit pricey for something I need everyday. It was only when I stopped using it and tried a la Roche tinted mat cheaper alternative did I realise how much I loved the paulas choice. It has a light sun cream feel that is super moisturising and not oily. It has a “glow†affect which I was sceptical of when I squeezed the product out of the tube because it looks like it’s going to be a clay mask but it does well it brighten skin and avoid a cakey white sheen on the face. I use in the day after The Ordinary AHA and I find my face feels fresh plump abs moisturised all day. I will say, if you use and sweat straight away, you will see a bit of white cast. As I found out on a run. But no biggie, SPF is cool.Â

Gloopy and leaves a white cast
I don’t understand the good reviews, this takes a lot of working in, leaves a sticky surface and a ghostly appearance.
