A bit too mild
I think this product is very good, but at the same time I find that it doesn't really strip everything off. And I am not the kind to wear heavy makeup. It has rather a light consistency than what I was expecting as a balm, and need to be careful when squeezing it out of the tube as too much product is going out, hence a lot of wasted product. I enjoy using it, but I won't repurchase.

This cleasing balm is really good at cleaning any makeup from my face, even waterproof mascara, since my skin is dry i dont have to use another cleanser as a double cleanse, making it super practical, also its not overly oily and develops on to a super milky non-foaming cleanser

Effective and soothing
I use this to double-cleanse with a non foaming cleanser and I love the way my skin feels afterwards ! It doesn't run down my hands and forearms when I take make up and sunscreen off, and leaves my skin smooth (mine is sensitive). I find it takes a little time to rinse off but I think I'm not used to cleansing balms I used to use micellar water. Really nice product overall.
