To get the best benefits from Collagen Shots take daily, ideally half an hour before going to sleep at night, this is when cells are renewing. Alternatively have on an empty stomach either first thing in the morning or before a meal. Put one scoop in a glass and fill with 200 - 250ml of water (or preferred beverage), whisk with a fork, allow a minute for collagen to dissolve. You could use a small blender or shaker for mixing. Initially this gave some stomach issue, but after a while I got used to it. Pleasant taste, I like it has vit C in it. Hard to say if it’s working by himself, as I do use retinol, LED mask and constant skincare. I will get back to Vital Proteins as I’ve seen better results with that.

Best collagen
I have tried many collagen products, shots, powder and etc, but most of them are unbearable sweet or you need to put in other drinks because it has that fish taste at the end. But this product! wow, from the first drink, I drink it in the evenings instead of my evening calming tea. Just pour some hot water and vualia you have nice pink drink, which is a bit sweet but not too much. I enjoy a lot drinking it and it became very easily my every day ritual, which im doing almost a year. As from the product I noticed that my skin looks bright, plump and glowing, my hair also seems have more shine and nails are stronger than ever. I also noticed less wrinkles and places in my face which seem needs a bit injections, now seems plumped and not needed any intervention. I started gifting it to my family members and friends, just because I see how this product is doing magic to me so I want for others the same.

Love love love this product. The collagen shots taste great and are seriously a youth elixir. I'm 50 and have been taking these for a few months now. It took around 6 weeks prior to me noticing a difference. My skin is glowing, my hands look younger and I’ve also noticed my stretch marks are disappearing. Highly recommend this product.
