Flare is very pretty
I usually gravitate toward cold toned eyeshadows, but I think these RMS shades are great on every skin tone. I have fair skin with a cold undertone (grey eyes) and flare looks so pretty, sparkly but not too sparkly. I would say I need more than I expected to fully cover my eyelid but it looks very good. That said, it does not last long, I have not-dry eyelids and by the end of the day it disappears. If you have sensitive eyes this is great, but doesn't last. If you want an eyeshadow that lasts for the whole day (or morning), then there's other options

Good but not mind blowing
I love RMS, have so many products from them. I really like the eyeshadows but they're not mind blowing (or maybe I expected too much). If your lids are not dark (I have fair skin with dark circles) you won't need a primer but if you do then you need it. Other than that, the color are gorg, it blends well, does not make my sensitive eyes itch at all and lasts for a good amount of time (but def not the whole day). I do recommend it overall but there's a lot of other cream shadows that are better lasting and with more coverage.
