The formula itself is weightless and resistant to clumping, flaking or even smudging for up to 24 hours, and its lash-loving wax blend allows for crust-free, comfortable flexibility, while a film former stops the pigment from taking an unwelcome pilgrimage from your lower lash line to your under-eyes.
