To prime or not to Prime
One word for this primer: GREAT! This primer does what it says, has a blurring (lighty) and mattifying effect. Feels soft on the skin even after using suncare products. It did hold my foundation & concealer a decent amount of hours. I used this at daytime. Next to try is using it at nighttime. So far I'm very pleased with this primer.

Fine If You Put Nothing On Top
I really wanted to like this, but sadly no. This primer does have a mild blurring and mattifying effect when applied, but it is a nightmare to put anything on top as it very quickly dries and trying to blend concealer over it is next to impossibleI’d say that if you want a no make up day with a gentle blur then this is fine but if you want to apply concealer or tint over it, it’s not good.  Perhaps with a liquid foundation it works…?
