Shampoo: apply a generous amount to wet hair and massage as the luscious lather builds. Rinse and repeat, as desired.

Conditioner: after shampooing, apply a generous amount, concentrating on mid-strand to ends. Leave 2-3 minutes, or more as desired, then rinse.

Mask: After cleansing hair, apply the mask to wet hair, evenly coating from root to tip, concentrating on the ends. Leave on for 10 minutes (or more) before rinsing thoroughly. For best results use once a week or once every other week, or any time your hair needs a boost of repair & hydration - after excessive heat styling, a colouring treatment or straightening treatment.
