Simply pop the visor over freshly cleansed skin and choose the setting that matches your skin goals today — or toggle between the colours for an allround skin boost. Each light wavelength works on specific skin concerns. Red LED light therapy (620-750 nm) stimulates fibroblast cells to produce and secrete collagen for bouncier skin and fewer fine lines. I received this while I was struggling with pre-menstrual acne. I had it on blue light and my skin improved after only one use. I am now trying red light. It is very confortable, and relaxing in fact. I look forward to seeing which results one can get. I also look forward to trying the other Colors. For now I am not disappointed!

For blemishes
I do like this mask. I am not sure about the collagen still, but it definitely works on blemishes. when I get a new pimple I will use this for 2 or three days on the blue light and the pimple would disappear so for that only I will give this mask 5 stars!
