Let me start by saying that I really like these! They actually help me relax a lot. The reason why it wasn't 4 or 5 stars are that they aren't reusable and the intensity of the scent. I get why the scent isn't stronger, because it quickly can become overwhelming. I'm an HSP, so yes I get that. But after it started working (it takes a few seconds after you open the packaging), the scent quite quickly disappeared (I found). So overall, yes very relaxing! But room for improvement.

Definitely not an essential, you could achieve roughly the same effect with a warm towel over your eyes and a nice candle nearby. However, it is a lovely indulgence! The eye mask heats up slowly and the fragrance gets stronger as it does. There's a separation in the mask for your nose to fit and the straps are secure but not too tight! The fragrance stays subtle enough to not be overwhelming, a really lovely sensory experience. Highly recommend for times when you want to chill out with an audiobook/podcast or in the bath or get to sleep quickly!
