GG, the genial genius
There isn’t much to say about GG. It does everything it promises (and more!). My skin has changed radically almost immediately. I use it also on my chest where sun damage left signs that I thought are impossible to reverse. Well, they are not if you have such an amazing and innovative product in your hands. I always thought that all brands and products are more or less the same and that there are no miraculous potions. GG has proofed me wrong and I’m happy to have tried it out. It’s like nothing I’ve used before. While the 50ml bottle is the most cost effective and the most ecological one, try to put your hands on a sample first. Not every skin reacts the same to acids and it’s always better to try it out before splurging on a full-size. GG has a formulation that is very mild to the skin, doesn’t irritate it and doesn’t dry it out at all, on the contrary. But one can never know. I had a sample from a goodie bag that lasted for a few weeks, making it possible to see how the skin reacts and if I can insert it into my routine without having to change any other product. Otherwise there is the Good Night and Good Morning set that is a perfect introduction to several Sunday Riley products. And never forget to wear sunscreen while using exfoliating products. Excellent for reversing sun damage
I've just started my second bottle of this lovely-smelling lotion to resurface my chest and decolleté, erasing years of sun damage. As I have sensitive skin, I wouldn't use glycolic acid on my face, but this treatment has made a dramatic difference to the skin on my chest.

This product has a cult following for a reason. I’ve been using it for years and nothing has yet to surpass it. It’s very expensive indeed but it is one of those few products where I accept to splurge. I use it overnight every 2-3 days or as a thin mask if I need an instant result. It smooth the skin and leave her naturally glowy. Pores are refined and imperfections quickly diminished. It is also one of the rare products with a strong acid content that doesn’t dry out the skin thanks to its creamy hydrating formulation. I highly recommend.

Meh! A lot of hype, without the results (for me!)
Sunday Riley's Vitamin C serum is my absolute favourite skincare product, so I had high hopes for this expensive treatment, especially when combined with the beauty press hype! Unfortunately for me, it really doesn't do anything much noticeable that my routine doesn't already do with a retinol treatment, vitamin c cream and moisturiser. Personally I prefer the occasional use of Drunk Elephant baby facials over this, which needs a little more use, then I struggle to find where 'Good Genes' really fits in to the routine in a way that it does anything that isn't already done with potentially cheaper products. It might work better for people with acne, who want a gentler treatment that they can use more regularly, otherwise if you already use good products, you may not get the hype results promised, I certainly see no difference to my skin.
