It feels different
I had this cleanser before and I loved it. Yes it was separating, but a little shake before use managed the issue. I didn't buy another as a combination of circumstances and I finally returned to it. But it feels coarser and separating got even worse. The shaking doesn't help anymore, and the silky filing is gone, it feels more like a physical exfoliant, but I have to admit it still kind to very dry skin, not overly drying. Disappointed, will not repurchase.

Good
I bought this cleansing balm after reading many positive reviews online. I was looking for a gentle and nourishing cleanser that could remove my makeup and sunscreen without drying out my skin. The product claims to be suitable for sensitive skin and contains oatmeal and oat oil to soothe and hydrate the skin. The balm comes in a large tube and has a thick and creamy texture. It melts easily on the skin and feels very smooth and soft. It does a great job of dissolving my makeup and dirt, even my waterproof mascara. It rinses off easily with water and leaves my skin feeling clean and moisturized. However, there is one thing that I don't like about this balm: it has some hard particles in it that feel like grains of sand. They are not very abrasive, but they are noticeable and annoying. I don't know if they are supposed to be exfoliating or if they are just a defect in the product. Either way, I wish they were not there. Overall, I think this is a good cleansing balm for dry and sensitive skin, but I would prefer it without the hard bits. I would give it 4 out of 5 stars.

eh
it cleanses pretty well but it leaves an oily film on your skin after rinsing, you have to use another cleanser to get rid of it

Very Good
I use this and then I use a water based cleanser (the double cleansing method). It works very well and gets all the gunk out. I haven’t been using it for a long time but my skin feels and looks way better. I don’t get as oily as I used to and I feel more fresh. Would definitely recommend.

Adore this
I've repurchased this 3 or 4 times. Goes on really thick but melts down with water, gives a great clean but is very calm for my rosacea skin

For the sensitive skin girlies
This is the only cleansing balm that doesn't sting my eyes and removes all my makeup effortlessly. There's definitely room for improvement (I don't love the smell, and the packaging is quite impractical once you're near the end of the product), but it's definitely better than more expensive cleansing balms.
