Hate it but it’s not bad… if you know what I mean
Personally, I can’t get past the gross greasy layer it leaves all over my skin and the unpleasant (though mild) smell. Gunks my eyes up so bad that I have to rub them with cotton buds after every time I wash, and the price isn’t as great as it seems if you need to buy a second cleanser just to get the first cleanser off. Of all the balm cleansers I’ve tried, it’s the worst at removing makeup. Despite this, I’m giving three stars because it doesn’t break me out and my skin has stayed happy while I’ve used up the bottle. Still, never buying again and I’m looking forward to getting back to nicer cleansers.

Good but not amazing
This cleansing balm is good but I didn’t like the packaging. When you’re almost done it’s hard to get the bottom of it. And it’s on the oilier side. Not bad but definitely dense.

Great value
You really can’t beat this cleanser for the price. I don’t think it has anything to envy other cleansers. Pleasant product, easy to use, removes makeup well.

Will stick to Clinique
I usually use Clinique Take the Day Off cleansing balm but wanted to try this as a much cheaper alternative. I finished the bottle but didn't enjoy using this - it's not a patch on Clinique. I rub it well into my skin but don't feel like it melted the makeup off and instead just sat there on top of my skin. When washing my face I could tell not that much makeup was going down the drain and instead it all came off on the face cloth.
