Skin care doesn't have to be confusing. The INKEY List is on a mission to debunk beauty jargon and put the power of knowledge in your hands. Its straight-talking range includes all the industry's best-loved heroes (from retinol to hyaluronic acid) in no-frills formulations that deliver incredible results... And the Polyglutamic Acid Serum (30ml) is a case in point, being an ultra-hydrating formula that quickly absorbs into skin to grant a soft and supple complexion.
Once you're done trying to pronounce it, The INKEY List's Polyglutamic Acid Serum (30ml) is the dryness-banishing formula enveloping complexions in much-needed moisture.
If your skin leans on the dry side, chances are you've tried hyaluronic acid... but what if we told you that there's an ingredient that can hold four times as much moisture? Enter polyglutamic acid, a hydration powerhouse that cleverly forms a film on the skin's surface to prevent water loss. With a wealth of benefits to its name, polyglutamic acid plumps the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, brightens lacklustre complexions and evens skin tone and texture. Starring 3% of this potent ingredient, simply glide the formula across your skin to reveal an oh-so hydrated complexion (you can even combine it with the Hyaluronic Acid Serum (sold separately) for a mega dose of moisturising goodness.
Aqua (Water), Dimethicone, Butylene Glycol, Bis-PEG-12 Dimethicone, Glycerin, Polymethylsilsesquioxane, Polysilicone-11, Phenoxyethanol, Sodium Acrylate/Sodium Acryloyldimethyl Taurate Copolymer, Isohexadecane, Propanediol, Coco-Glucoside, Sodium Benzoate, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Polysorbate 80, Ethylhexylglycerin, Potassium Sorbate, Decyl Glucoside, Dimethylacrylamide/Acrylic Acid/Polystyrene Ethyl Methacrylate Copolymer, Sorbitan Oleate, Trisodium Ethylenediamine Disuccinate, Polyglutamic Acid, Caprylyl Glycol, Hexylene Glycol, Oryza Sativa (Rice) Bran Extract.

So much better than HA
My skin doesn't like HA's - they seem to be drying. This product, however, gives you lovely, soft, moist, glowing skin. Love it, and what a great price.

"What’s different about you?"
It’s true, people are asking me what’s different about me. They ask if I’ve lost weight? I haven’t. They ask me have you have something done to your face. I have to reply and tell them about how wonderfully well this product works. I’m 55 and I do look different. I will order this again and I will be telling as many friends I know how well this works. Don’t miss out. It’s a fabulous way to moisturise your skin as I’ve gone from very dry, tight and painful to healthy.

Love, love, love it...!!!
I will 100% purchase this again. An awesome product... My skin feels plumped and hydrated. I use this in conjunction with “Oil of Africa” Marula Oil.

Good product for price
The product does what it says in terms of basic hydration and it wore well under sunblock and make-up. However, I had hoped that it would keep my skin hydrated for a solid works day wear. I found myself reaching for my hydrating mists nearing the last few hours of my work day to keep the hydration. I would suggest to still wear a hyaluronic essence/ toner under the Polyglutamic Acid for better hydration throughout the day.

I find this is a useful addition to my beauty routine.
This works for me. I occasionally use hyaluronic acid for a couple of days to give my skin a change but I prefer the Polyglutamic after 'The Ordinary's' "Buffet" I used to buy high end, really expensive, anti-aging products for my skin. Then I read the labels. Now I get better ingredients and great skin (for my age) but don't pay for colour, perfume, glam, containers or film star advertising. It's gotta make sense!!

Amazing for dry skin
I can't recommend this enough. I have very dry, eczema-prone skin. This has helped to totally transform my dry skin and keep my eczema at bay - my skin has gone from problematic to essentially flawless, with many of my friends noticing the huge change. It works best when you use it before a rich moisturising oil - I use it every morning and night before applying The Ordinary Marula Oil or the Inkey List Rosehip Oil. I'd also credit the transformation to using The Ordinary Retinol 2% twice a week and The Inkey List Lactic Acid to get rid of dry patches when they appear (which is getting rarer and rarer!). Highly recommended as part of your skincare routine!

Terrible
It just dried my skin out really bad - and the packaging is really cheap.

Nothing special
It does make my skin feel soft, but I haven't really noticed any effects of hydration that it was supposed to do. Hardly repurchasing again.
